The benefits of Blueberries and Cranberries...they protect your kidneys, heart, eyes and skin

In other words always find something that you can laugh about. We have to lighten up these days, we need to let go of little things that irritate us and find the lighter side. Having a bad day at work???? Look around and there is probably something you can have a giggle about. It may be something placed in an odd spot, listen carefully at what others are saying they may say something that will lighten you up, if you hear someone else laughing it will bring a smile to your face, think of a silly thing that has happened to you in the past and have a giggle about it. This is ease the tension in your body.

Here is some fruits that you may want to throw in your shopping baskets this week
Blueberries and Cranberries
