We need to be more childlike and not afraid to be curious and ask questions. We are always capable of acquiring knowledge.
So had a great week end doing yard work visiting friends looking after my health but didn't get to my blog so here it is...
Info on benefits of
Green Beans
An excellent source of Vitamin K essential in maintaining strong bones. GB are also packed with vitamin C, riboflavin, potassium, iron, manganese, folate, magnesium, folate, thiamin, phosphorous, calcium, niacin, vitamin B6, copper, protein and zinc. They also contain lots of useful fiber. GB contain lots of helpful nutrients for arteriosclerosis, diabetic heart disease, and stroke. The potassium and magnesium work together to help decrease blood pressure. The iron content in green beans is twice as high as in spinach. Iron is integral component of hemoglobin, which transports oxygen from the lungs to all body cells, and is also part of key enzyme systems for energy production and metabolism. To properly utilise iron the body requires copper, which is also ample in GB. GB help maintain your memory with thiamin. GB can help prevent Alzheimer's , colon cancer, asthma, arthritis, acne, ear infections and even colds and flu.
