Today's quote.....Butterflies don't know the colour of their wings, but human eyes know how beautiful they are. Likewise you may not know how good you are, but others can see that you're special.
So as we head into the weekend think positively about yourself. Take time to realize how many positives you have. Think about positive things that others say about you and realize that is how people think of you. Even if you don't see positive, dwell on what others say.
Also make sure that you let your friends and family know what their positive qualities are. Somedays people need to be told how special they are as they may not being feeling it.
